A Magical Summer House at the End of Summer


To Killerton House in Devon yesterday. House unremarkable but gardens and Summer House, built as a birthday present for the then Mistress by the Master at beginning of 19th Century magical.

That wee house is super-gothic. If you walked up to the top of Killerton Hill you can see our vineyard about a mile away. Someday I want to have a horse and cart to bring all the NT types up for vineyard tours and tastings. They will be so blissed out they will buy crates of wine compulsively!

Bliss indeed! Bring it on.
